Everyone knows that walking is a great form of exercise. You can burn hundreds of calories a day when you take a brisk walk. Fit 30 minutes of walking in your day and you are good to go. If you don't have time try this.
Wake up a little early before you go to work and go for a 10 minute walk.
During your lunch break take 10 minutes of that and walk.
Before you go to bed, after the kids are asleep take a brisk 10 minute walk.
That's it and your workout is done. Now it can't get no easier than that.
If you are scared to walk at night then if you have a treadmill or bike inside the home ride that for 10 minutes.
