Lower Your Risk Of Breast Cancer By Eating Mushrooms!

Would you like to know how to spare yourself the agony, emotional pain and disfigurement of Breast Cancer?

Researchers at City of Hope, a cancer research and treatment center in Durate, California have found that certain mushrooms available at the most produce marts suppress estrogen production, particularly in post menopausal women. And why is that so important? Because among 60% of postmenopausal women and 75% of postmenopausal women with breast cancer, excess estrogen was the trigger that caused their tumors to form! So controlling your estrogen levels limits or prevents tumors, especially after menopause.

For example, researchers conducted studies on mice and found that the animals had a 58% reduction in the growth of breast tumors when they were fed an extract made from these mushrooms.

These mushrooms work so well to control excess estrogen because they contain a phytochemical called conjugated linoleic acid that inhibits aromatase, the protein in the body that makes estrogen, Result: you sharply rein in the hormone that triggers 60 to 75% of all breast cancer, thus preventing tumors from forming in the first place.
