Tips On How To Distress Yourself
With life there is a lot of stress, especially with the recession that's going on. It's hard not to think about money, not having enough money or not having any money at all. Stress takes a toll on your body in a bad way. It can affected your organs, skin and your immune system. Here are a few tips to distress yourself in this everyday life that we are living.
1. Take a relaxing bath with some lavender oil and aromatherapy candles. Lavender is puts you in a very relaxing mood.
2. Hold hands with your partner, when you hold hands it lowers your stress levels. Affection is very relaxing.
3. Walking is a great way to get rid of the frustration. It's beneficial to your health and behavior.
4. Sit in a chair tighten up your toes, hands, buttocks and just your whole body. Hold your breath and softly exhale.
