Key To Diabetes Prevention

As reported in The Lancet, Chinese and American researchers found that diet and exercise programs for people at high risk for diabetes can delay the development of the disease. The results of the study show that 577 adults with high blood glucose levels who followed a diet and exercise program over a six year period reduced the incidence of diabetes by 51 percent.

Over the study's 20-year span, the reduced the incidence of diabetes by 43%
