Acohol And It's Dangerous Side Effects






Alcohol not only harms your liver causing you to have scerlrosis of the liver and cause you to have ulcers (soars on the inside of your stomach) it also causes cancer. Alcohol is a colorless, volatile, intoxicating flammable liquid, obtained commercially by distilling wine or other fermented liquors and by the hydration of ethylene, the intoxicating part of fermented drinks. Alcohol is a natural substance formed by the fermenting of sugar and yeast. It is the major active ingredient in wine, beer, and distilled spirits. The alcohol found in beverages is called ethyl alcohol there are many kinds of alcohol.

Alcohol is the most used drug today in the USA and it is the #1 drug problem of teenagers and children.

This drug has a mind-altering effect on the brain it causes you to do things you would not normally do, consuming too much alcohol can cause alcohol poisoning causing the victim to pass out, vomit, get cold chills, and choke on their on vomit. It takes 20-20 minutes for a drink to take effect, but it takes the body one hour to burn off one ounce of alcohol after it is absorbed into the blood. Once absorbed nothing can change it effects drinking coffee, taking cold showers, etc. It takes the liver one hour to burn off each drink.

Alcohol can cause cancer when consumed over a long period of time, it can cause mouth and tongue cancer. It effects the immune system by weakening the immune system leaving our bodies vulnerable to infections, diseases, disorders, and viruses. Alcohol has been reported the cause of date rape, violence, and car accidents. 75% of all car and motorcycle accidental deaths are teens and young adults. Half of them are alcohol related. Bingeing or chugging can be very dangerous it is when a person consumes 5 or more drinks in succession. Young kids can usually drink 5 to 6 beers before passing out, passing out is a serious sign that the body is in danger. Even when you cause yourself to sleep it off alcohol is still causing harm to the body. Bingeing can lead to death from alcohol poisoning.

Beware of teenage parties watch out for alcohol consumption, alcohol is a acts like a sedative when ingested. If you know of anyone that has had too much to drink arrange transportation for them to get home, never let them drive drunk. Call a cab if you have to if a loved one that you know of has a problem with alcohol try to get them help the best way you can it will save their life.
