In the beginning, it is so sweet. Being with your lover is all you seem to think about, giving you that great intimacy that you need, besides sex. Making you feel like no one else can, you feel so special and happy that you have found the right one. Years go by and things are still quiet
the same, but something has changed. ,their behavior, coming in late and always having to work over time, secretive phone calls and lack of sex. You put a lot into this relationship and to be betrayed is something that will not be tolerated. If there is no trust in a relationship, then there is no relationship. You think you know what is going on, but you are not sure. You hope it's not what you imagine it to be, but you are too ashamed to ask. Maybe these signs will give you an answer. Short conversations on the phone with you, never having time to talk.

Not having enough money to support the hours that came from working over time.

May not be able to get an erection or sexually aroused from sexual activity with someone else.

Strange phone calls like hang-ups every time you answer the phone.

Having two cell phones so that he won't get caught up.

Having to call before you come to visit.

If you suspect that your partner is cheating these are just some signs to watch out for, confront this person and ask or if you do not want to ask do some investigating. You deserve to know, you do not want your life with a loved one to be based on a lie, and
it is not healthy.

No More Dry Turkey Recipe




Turkey is the Main dish when it comes to thanksgiving. So you want it to be the best looking and the most tender, juiciest eye appealing dish on the table. People will never forget that juicy turkey. I take pleasure in preparing my turkey. I love turkey it's one of the healthiest meats to eat. To keep my turkey nice and moist I use my butter seasoning juice. Ok, here we go.

You will need:

A Turkey

Butter

Roasting Pan

Aluminum Foil

Season salt

Garlic powder

Onion Powder

Pepper


First let your turkey defrosts all night. You can let it defrost in the fridge. Once it is defrosted, take it out of the wrapper and rinse thoroughly. Turn oven on 300 to 350 degrees. Unloop the legs from the skin and remove the heart, liver and etc pack from inside of the turkey. You will need a roasting pan for the turkey. Place the turkey in the pan and poke holes into the turkey. Poke holes all over the turkey, the legs, wings, breast and butt. If you're using an aluminum roasting pan, be careful not to poke a hole in it. It takes a turkey three and a half to four hours to cook. Depending on how much the turkey weighs.

The Butter Seasoning Juice

You need a stick and a half of butter. Melt butter in medium bowl in microwave or on the top of the stove in a small pot. If you are melting the butter on the stove make sure you turn the eye on the stove down to low heat. If you are melting the butter in the microwave. Use a microwaveable bowl with a top to melt it. It will not take the butter long to melt in the microwave, so put the microwave on 30 seconds.

Pour three tbsp of seasoning salt, tbsp of garlic powder, onion powder and a tsp of pepper into the butter and stir. Pour the seasoning all over the turkey while rubbing it. Rub it to make sure the butter juice gets all over the turkey and through the holes. This will keep the turkey moist and make it tender. Place the top of the roasting pan over the turkey and put it in the oven. If you have an aluminum pan that does not have a top use aluminum foil to cover the turkey. Cover it tight; fold the foil under the rim of the pan so that it does not come loose.

Every half an hour to forty minutes baste the turkey with the butter juice that it is cooking in. This keeps it from drying out. Keep basting until turkey is done, the turkey usually comes with a pop out timer that'll pop out to let you know when it's done. That's it you are finished and you can congratulate yourself on a job well done.

Here’s how to give yourself a breast exam:

Lay on your back. Feel your breast by placing three of your fingers on it. Slightly press and move the fingers around on your breast as if you were massaging it. Do this on the left, right, top and underneath the breast. Repeat with the other one. Breasts are lumpy because of the tissues that lay underneath them, so it might be kind of difficult to determine a lump. If you come to an odd lump that feels like a tight knot. Go see the doctor. It could be nothing, but just in case go see your doctor.


Get to know your breast and its connective tissues underneath. Get familiar with your breasts so that you will be able to tell a lump from your breast tissue.

When you are in the shower. Raise your arm up and feel under your arm and on the sides of your breast for any unusual knots. Do these breast exams when you are on your menstruation. ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) Or ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyper is the most common mental disorders that develop in children. When left untreated it can lead to poor school, work, and social behavior. It can also lead to low self-esteem. The Center for the Disease Control and Prevention estimate that about 2 million children have this disorder. Attention Deficit Disorder is a biological or brain based condition. It is impulsive, hyperactive and distractible behavior.

This mental disorder can continue in childhood and through out adult life. 30 to 70 percent will continue to have ADD as an adult. The cause of this disorder is still under investigation. Males are at a greater risk of developing ADD because of genetics and heredity. These two play a major risk factor. Research studies focus on genes and combination of genes to figure out the cause.

The differences between ADD and ADHD are ADD is without the hyperactive and ADHD is with the hyperactive behavior. The symptoms of these two mental disorders are:

ADHD involves hyperactivity. Hyperactivity is when there is a constant motion, always moving around and fidgeting. ADHD runs in the family. About 40%-50% of children with this disorder have a parent that has it. Brain injury might be the cause of ADHD, but a small number of children with this disorder have brain injury.

With ADHD, hyperactivity is very noticeable. Symptoms can be restlessness along with moving around and fidgeting. Having difficulty staying seated, talking too much, blurting out answers when not called upon, always interrupting and do not have the patience to take turns. With these symptoms, it makes it harder for the child to have good academic performance, a stable home-life and have problems developing social relationships.
