How To Eat Less To Lose Weight

If you are not into diet supplements & programs then these few tips should help you out. Not only does it work it's cheaper and easy to do. Losing weight can be a battle, but it doesn't have to be if you really want to decrease your weight. Lately I've been watching what I eat, eating smaller portions and eating more healthier foods. When I set my mind to eat I do it and I don't it with great results!

If you really want to lose weight, I congratulate you own your first step to achieving a healthier lifestyle. Here are a few tips that work for me and I hope they can be of some benefit to you.

Tip1: Drink a glass of water before each meal. It will help you eat less.

Tip2: Eat a salad before your meal lunch or dinner or both.

Tip3: Eat a fiber bar before a meal, I love Fiber One bars they are delicious and it helps to control your appetite.

Tip4: Willpower, you need it in order to succeed.

Tip5: Support from family & friends, stay around positive environment.

Tip6: Always give yourself a treat. Rewarding yourself will make it easier. Have your favorite snack or meal when u feel like you truly deserve it.

Tip7: Try to eat plenty of veggies and fruit. If you don't like either then drink a healthy nutritional juice supplement that gives you your daily nutrition.

Tip8: Exercise, Exercise, Exercise. You know that in order to lose weight more quickly you have to burn some calories. Always try to do something that will increase your metabolism.


Well that it! I hope this works for you because it is working for me. Now I have to go and mow the Lawn now! I always try to keep myself moving. Good Luck!
