The 6-Cherry Remedy For Gout
If you or a loved one suffers from Gout this a great remedy for it. It started back in the 1950's when Texas doctor was crippled with gout in his big toe. He reported in a Texas medical journal that a diet of including six cherries a day soon had him up and walking.
A survey by Prevention magazine found that 67% of readers who tried cherries for gout enjoyed good results. Also a to kinesiologist in Louisville, Kentucky, enthusiastically recommends them. He advises people with gout to quit eating red meats and organ meats and also to drink two to three glasses of cherry juice a day. He recommends using pure black-cherry juice diluted with and equal amount of water.
Those who have followed the diet faithfully have all gotten results, some within 48 to 72 hours, and some within a week, depending on the severity.
