IMS; A Man's Issue

Most women and men don't know this, but men go through IMS. It's called Irritable Male Syndrome You see, the way we as women go through our PMS, men go through it too. They go through it monthly like we do and have the same symptoms. Men get fatigue, mood swings, bloating and everything else that occurs with it.

So, if your guy gets attitude, quick tempered and show the symptoms of our version of PMS once a month you'll know that it's not his fault. Some men will try to use this as an excuse, but don't let them fool you.

Delicious 500 Calorie Recipe Dinner Turkey Meatloaf

Mini Turkey Meatloaf

Preheat oven to 400. Sauté 2 tablespoons minced yellow onion and one garlic clove, minced, in a small skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray for 2 minutes; remove from heat. Add 5 ounces lean ground turkey, 2 teaspoons skim milk, ½ beaten egg, 3 tablespoon whole-wheat bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce and 1 teaspoon capers; mix to combine.
